I'm taking yoga on Mondays and Wednesdays 6:50-8. It's pretty early but not as bad as I thought. Skipped it Monday though, because I was tired and had hw and so on..
This past weekend I went to Bamboozle Left which was totally awesome. Saw Melee (!!!!!), Cobra Starship, Gym Class Heroes, Hellogoodbye, Jack's Mannequin, Something Corporate (!!!!! I KNOW!!!!!!!!), and Dashboard. Also had the most delicious sample of tri tip.. hahaha And got a HG babewatch poster signed, which is on my wall now. And spent time with friends tee hee <3
Working at Essentials still, as well as World Financial Group. Been learning a lot a lot from WFG.
Haven't met very many people on my floor.. I don't know. I feel like I'm pretty approachable.. Oh wells. And also I'm never in my room so.. maybe that's it.
OHHH I forgot ahah On Sunday I went to Disneyland with Robby and OMG. Halloweentime at Disneyland is pretty cool. I mean, first thing I saw was that the A's in CALIFORNIA are candy corn!!!! HAHAHA And then it's all pumpkins on Mainstreet. Not much else except for Haunted Mansion, which is AMAZING. I am sooooooooooo impressed. It is all Nightmare Before Christmas'd out. And I can actually ride the whole ride without closing my eyes!!! And there's no scary bride!!! And it's awesome!! The best part was the elevator. Fo sho. And we saw "Jack Sparrow." The guy did a pretty good job, did the whole drunken lean back thing and the hands.
Anything else? I bought Catch-22 and The Catcher in the Rye. Don't have time to read them though. Uhmm.. and I have hideous bug bites on my leg.
So.... I was hanging out with friends and then I had told my RA that I'd go to floor dinner... so I came back to my room.. to wait. I'm SO BORED. I'm going to die. I even found random things to do.. I put up a white board/cork board. I put up my Charlie and Jack's Mannequin posters. I looked up posters that I want (why are they so expensive??? I don't want to buy them). Went on facebook countless times. I don't know when we are eating. Waahh... and I hope there is a floor dinner. Or else.. I will be sad. And hungry. I'm hungry already. And I'm just like.. waiting. OMG. WHY. I should not try to attend floor activities anymore. And nobody comes to talk to me even though my door is open! Gosh.

I'm so excited to move in tomorrow. It feels like the summer has been so long. Ahh! I'm finally done and ready to go back to Los Angeles w00t. I'm excited to see school friends (I'll miss home friends too, but everyone is so busy busy now), as well as to meet new people. But also I'm bad at meeting people, so it'll be a weird transition? But I'm looking forward to it. This year I'm hoping to get a lot accomplished, like become a psych major! Also fitting in working and getting good grades. Ahh. And I want to do some volunteering hopefully at the neuropsych center. And then volunteering with Circle K. But this year, I am so over floor gov. Hmm.. and I'll try to study more this year, and more effectively. I duno. But I'm still going to be watching my tv. Gilmore Girls, Veronica Mars, Project Runway, and maybe Survivor. Ooh and America's Next Top Model, maybe. And House. haha What else. Going to keep my room clean.. Pack way less clothing.. I duno this year will be fun.
Today I went to Ho-Toy's with Brian. Then we watched tv at his house haha Daily 10, Little Talent Show, and How Do I Look. We truly enriched our brains. Then I went to Target and got more stuff that I need/want. Right now I should be packing, but I really don't feel like it. I don't like packing very much... blah.
Science of Sleep comes out tomorrow! I'm going to check to see if it's playing near school... Well, not that close. But a bus ride away.
So for welcome week we have a concert from ROONEY (wow freshman year memories!) and then a sneak of BORAT!!!! AHHH!! It's already 10 times better than last year aaaahhhh!!!
And to top all that off, I just got home from taking out my mouth stitches. w0000000t

On Sunday after going to Rowland Heights with my mom I came home. Then at night went and saw Little Miss Sunshine with Tiffany! It was sooooooo funny! And sad and sweet and touching. I liked it very much. The girl in it is way cute. And all the family members are perfect and ah, I just liked it so much. So go watch it!
Then after the movie we went to Baskin Robbins! It's open til 10, who knew? I got Espresso n Cream. It was ok. Then we went to Blockbuster and looked through all the new releases from Z-#. I noticed that there's the movie "When a Stranger Calls" and then above it is "When a Killer Calls." They are basically the same movie but the killer one has a blond girl with big boobs on the cover. We thought it'd be considered the porno version of stranger, but we don't think Blockbuster carries adult movies. Then there was like "Pirates of the Treasure Islands" or some Pirates knockoff which definitely seemed like a porno version haha but it was PG-13. And there are sooooo many horror movies now! Every other cover I'm like aaaaaahhh!! I hate horror movie covers. And there was not only a clown one, but there was also a doll one. Creeeppy.
Then off to Ralph's. I got some Snapple white tea with nectarine (so good) and Pom tea.. peach? It had a pink cap. Yummy. So then we sat in Tiffy's car and drank tea and ate apple chips. I didn't know that apple chips are actually fried.. or if not fried, at least prepared with oil. I thought they were baked. But maybe they're baked with oil. Hm.. oh well. Anyway, I love spending time with Tiffany and doing random things with her!
Also, I just woke up from a nap. I have been sleeping all day and I'm concerned about how I am able to sleep so much.... ... ..

So I'm downloading the new iTunes and I look at the pages for the new nano and they are pretty cute, but then I see the new shuffle and that is just ridiculous and awesome. I thought the walmart mobiblu was small, but the new shuffle is tiiiiny! So cute. But $79? I'd rather get the nano for $149. But anyway I am not aiming for a new iPod anytime soon. My next investment will probably be the Canon SD630. Isn't it beautiful? Now I just need to consult with my dad.
So Saturday was my last day of work! I also went to Rowland Heights to meet up with Chris and his coworkers who came down to socal for a convention and training. We took Asian picture machine pictures! It was fun but I didn't know what the machines were saying so it was a little confusing. Anyway then we talked for a while and then I had to go home. Today my mom and I went to West Covina to see a presentation and it was so long! And in Mandarin! But it was interesting and I'm looking forward to learning more.
Now I have a whole week before moving in. I have to go shopping! And pack and get everything all ready.
Oh ya! Who saw Survivor?? The tribes are divided by race haha So of course I gotta cheer for the Asians, especially Asian Jenny. They won the first challenge, and I felt a surge of pride haha But of course we have the eccentric personality of the show. The other people are pretty "normal" so far. Anyway, no racial tension on the show yet. But we'll see..

Ahh so on Tuesday I got my bottom left wisdom tooth taken out. Not too fun but not as bad as last time. So since then I've been laying around doing things like watch tv, read, play Nintendo, eat pudding and yogurt (Dannon's yogurt creme stuff is the best), and sleeping.
Yesterday was Wednesday so Project Runway!! AGH Can't believe they brought back Angela and Vincent. Ergh. And then Kayne! =( waaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh And Jeffrey just gets weirder and weirder everytime, just laughing in the background. Creeepy. Anyway before runway we watched Justice, which is really interesting and the end of the show is the best. Then after runway we went to Friday's because the advertising got to us- we had to try the fried mac n cheese haha So we got loaded mashed potatoes, mozzarella sticks, Tuscan spinach dip, fried mac n cheese and Dale got the brownie obsession (which was really good). Anyway this was at like midnight so it seemed a little unhealthy, but it was all really yummy. So yay! I'm going to miss these Project Runway days =(
Today I woke up and just stayed in bed........ and then I got out of bed and ate some yogurt and I have a cup of pudding next to me.. because I don't think my mom made and soft foods and I didn't feel like making myself anything..

So I've kind of been avoiding updating because I promised to talk about my week and a half away.. but I just can't remember! haha So I guess it's an easier read if I just summarize huh?
So Makin Magik Kamp was at lovely Big Bear Lake. We began in Santa Monica though, at the YMCA for first aid/CPR training. Then we went to the beach for Andrew's bday thing. Then sleep and the next morning back to the YMCA to check in the kids and load belongings into the bus. Then off we went. On the way up there were so many cabins and motels and hotels! I'm seriously wanting to vacation there! I wonder if it's cheap.. Anyway so I've never been to a summer camp so it was pretty exciting. We lived in a cabin with bunk beds (I had top bunk) and there was a bathroom and shower in there so all was good. The activities coordinators' (AC) cabin soon grew very messy.. haha So the daily routine went something like wake up at 7-8am O_O and then morning watch (at the "campfire") where we go over the day's activities. Then we eat breakfast (the food was not that satisfying.. sigh) and have the main activity. Some main activities were obstacle stations (I lef rope swing with Andrew T: I didn't enjoy the swing but somehow the kids did a lot), magic carpet, and diversity walk. Then there'd be some free time and then the first activity rotation. At the activity rotations I'd be at the pool with Joy. The games we started always died so we ended up just giving them free time. The slide was pretty popular. Then lunch and 2 more activity periods. Then some more free time? ahha And then dinner. Then free time.. hhaha And then night activities. I think we had a science night, scavenger hunt, counselor hunt, a dance, and some other stuff. Then counselor campfire or night watch. Then sleeep! One day instead of activity rotations we had a hike to Castle Rock. The view at the top of the rocks was sooooooo amazing! I could see the whole lake and all the trees and the mountains and it was so nice! And then on a different day Jennifer and Guen took over one of my pool rotations so that I could go down to waterfront. I can't believe the stuff they have for the kids at waterfront! They have paddle boats, kayaks, motor boats and swimming in the lake! When I was 10-14 yrs old I didn't have those! It was pretty awesome. Then one night when the kids were supposed to watch a movie (well turns out the tv didn't work so they just hung out?) the ACs and counselors went down to the dock and jumped in the lake!! It was sooo funn!!! And it wasn't even that cold! Yay so MMK was pretty awesome and amazing. Kids are so awesome! And all the people were great. I liked meeting all the different personalities and doing all this stuff that I've never done before. It was awesome feeling proud of kids who tried new things or were just really good leaders and gosh they really impressed me.
Then on Friday drove up to norcal with Michelle and Grace! Got dropped off at Chris's work. I don't remember the order of what we did. I guess on Saturday I went to the Farmer's Market with his mom and then saw a presentation. Then.. I dono.. and then went to his boss's house gathering. And then we went to the mall. Then the next day I went to church and then we went to the market. Then we hung out.. haha I really can't remember the order. But I did stuff like meet some of Chris's friends, saw Shivani (!), bowling (80 and 87 yay! ahha), ate butter chicken and nan?, suck at swimming, fall asleep to Duma (haha movie about a kid and his cheeatah), play some horrible badminton, and see Chris's old schools. I must say, Sunnyvale is soooo nice! Like ok I was annoyed by the kids in the park at night (gosh, we just wanted a nice walk but they had to be there), but back at home we have hords of them in the parking lot of In n Out. Ugh. But ya it was so nice spending time with my hubby and seeing where he is from. And his family was so nice and so were his friends and coworkers. I enjoyed it so much. I was really sad to leave. Oh man. The airplane I took home was so small...
So what's new..? Yesterday went to the LA county fair with Josh, Nam, and Pole! These guys gave us their tickets it was soooo awesome!! People are great. Then we went in and bought 10 dollars of tickets each (that's 16 tickets). We rode evolution (omg blood rushing to the face.. but it was pretty cool except for those painful seconds), haunted mansion and creep show (both of which I didn't have my eyes open for- screaming nonetheless). We also played games like getting the ring around the Coke bottles (of course that didn't bring in any results) and the water gun race thing (Nam won!). Walked around and shopped (I got wood roses and a UCLA picture thing). The best part was eating fried twinkies (omg it tastes like funnel cake- so good!) and fried Oreos (omg they get all soft and yum). And Nam got a fried chicken krispie kream sandwich hahahaha with cheese and honey haha Man the fair is cool. Didn't see the fried Coke they were talking about though.. but there were fried Snickers and cheesecake on a stick ahhaha But ya.. it was so expensive- even without paying to get in. AHH!! But it was fun =) On the way home we blasted CHER. haha yay!
So they hired someone new at work and Chris said it was kind of like getting fired, and I guess it kind of is, but I don't really mind because now I have all this free time! haha So this week I only work Monday, Weds, Friday, and Saturday (my last day). So I can get a wisdom tooth out some time and also go to Disneyland! Way better than work.. well not the wisdom tooth =\ Anyway I really can't wait to go back to school because I feel so out of it. I don't do too much when I'm at home. Today I finished Jarhead and I'm almost done with Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. And I also wander around looking for stuff to satisfy my munchies but we just don't have anything.. sigh. You know, at camp they had melons. Some melons would be way good right now.
Anyway, I'm glad Vincent is finally gone from Project Runway. Now Jeffrey needs to go. He is infinitely annoying and a jerk and I don't like his clothes. Final 3.. I hope for Michael, Uli, and Kayne (just because I like him haha). I miss Alison!

So I haven't been home for like.. the past week and a half. From August 25- September 1st I was at Makin Magik Kamp (Big Bear Lake) and then from the 1st to the 5th I was in Sunnyvale with Chris! MMK was so awesome. I was pool coordinator and that just meant being in the pool (or at the pool) for like 3 hours a day. I got a swim suit tan! But it was really fun and the kids were all awesome (except for this one kid.. but I'm sure he'll grow out of his annoying disobedience). And Sunnyvale was awesome too! I like it there so much. And it was great spending time with the bf =) Well I'll elaborate more later on my trips. I gotta take a shower now before I go watch Project Runway. Ooh, so I watched the rerun of last week's episode (which I hadn't seen yet) and thank goodness Angela is finally gone!!!

So..... on Tuesday I was bored and so was Brian. We went to Best Buy (I didn't get anything because for some reason they don't have The Nightmare Before Christmas anywhere?! What genre is that movie?!) and Target (still no Nightmare, but bought some Butterfinger Stixx mmmmmmmmmm!) and Ho-Toy's (w00t! and no, I don't get tired of the food haha). Then we went to Brian's and watched TV! We watched House which was sooooooo bloody and gross!! And then we watched.. Sex and the City and Miami Ink! What a night of good television. Then I got tired and went home.
Wednesday after work I went to the dentist and got my stitches (from wisdom tooth removal) out! It was like a 5 minute visit. It was pretty cool. And I got a syringe! Then went to the Brea Mall and redeemed some Victoria Secret coupons yay! Then.. went to Vons and got lots of different teas.. like Snapple white tea and Pom tea. yay! Then at night went over to Paul's where we watched Project Runway and ate yummy cinnamon/sugar tortilla pieces. Gosh.. can't believe Vincent won. I liked Uli's mom's shirt though of the woman with the necklace. And Jeffrey.. what a jerk. tsk tsk tsk
Today after work Paul and Dale picked me up and we went to Irvine and got William and Jeff. Then we went to Maki Maki at Irvine Spectrum and it was delicious and I ate a lot! I had a Philly roll, California roll, shrimp tempura roll, and yellowtail sushi. Oh and edamame! Mmmm! I was so full afterward.. Then I looked at the boys' clothes in Forever 21 with Dale. And then glanced at the expensive stuff in Urban Outfitters... Why is it so expensive?! Then we went to Corona del Mar to meet Emily and Abey. We had a nice little bonfire. And ate marshamallows and hot dogs. Then went to Paul's apartment in Irvine and watched House! And talked. Then home... Now I am at home.
Makin Magik Kamp is tomorrow and I still haven't packed!!! I just want to sleep.. =( Haven't decided on if I want to sleep and wake up early or pack and sleep in a little.. meh...

YAY So on Saturday I went to Disneyland with Robby, Joy, Marc, Rachel, and Ben! YAY! It was great. So first I waited by the C (not at the C because everyone seems to take pictures on the C). Then we got in the ticket line and I exchanged my voucher for a ticket with my name on it. Then we went into the park! Let me consult my map (which has Johnny Depp on the cover!) to see which rides we rode. Well first we peed.. then we went to Space Mountain to get a fastpass, but we didn't have to because it was only a 30 minute wait! So I rode that and it was way funnnn!! I hadn't ridden it since it reopened! Then we did the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters (level 3 w00t). Then I kind of forget the order. But I think we went to Pirates and it was closed.. so we decided to eat? But on the way to eating Pirates reopened, so we got on! And it is way cool, I like all the Captain Jack Sparrow stuff they added and I like the Barbosa and Davy Jones too! So exciting. Just didn't like that really brightly lit part... but it's forgiveable. So then we.. ate at Hungry Bear? haha I had the cutest kid's meal. It came in a very cute box. And had a very cute, tiny drink. And a color-changing straw. And we just talked and it was fun =) Then we.. I duno.. I'll say we went on Big Thunder Mountain. And Haunted Mansion. Ok so I never keep my eyes open for all of the Haunted Mansion, but this time I got close. I just held Joy's thumb the whole time haha I covered my eyes for the bride and the stuff popping out of coffins. And we got the fat ghost in the mirror =) Then we went on Indiana Jones, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Peter Pan, Matterhorn (twice!), It's a Small World (Rachel's first time! She called it scary and racist haha), and Splash Mountain (hid behind Ben, but still got wet hmmph). I think that's all we rode. Somewhere in there we stopped in the Village Haus (where they do not serve hot dogs haha) and the Nightmare store and the crystal store and the Small World store and the Main Street store.. And took pictures on Robby's camera! So yay Disneyland was waaaaay fun and awesome. So much better than GradNite (gross). And then we went to Taco Bell and my mom picked me up. Yay so I heart my friends and Disneyland definitely is cool when the lines aren't too long (even on a Saturday).
Today went to lunch with Sam at Friday's! I had clam chowder and mashed potatoes. Then I got some Aleene's "OK To Wash-It" fabric glue (not sure why the hyphen is there) from Michaels. Wow I hadn't been to Michaels in so long. And then we went to Borders, where I hadn't been for a long time either. They have a cute section that just has a bunch of cute stuff! It's all stationary and journals and cute things! And misplaced there was a book called "Cool Shops Los Angeles" and I flipped through and all the shops did look cool, but way too expensive. But there was this place called Giant Robot GR2 at 2062 Sawtelle! I was like hey, I can go there! Because it had pictures and there was Mr. Friendly stuff! How cute! I have a Mr. Friendly pencil! Anyway then Sam and I had to part because she's a busy girl who is leaving tomorrow!! I can't believe it! =(
Guh so I am still sick and hopefully I will get better soooonnn.. like now! Grr.
So today I continued my sickness and didn't go to work =( (also happy face, but sad face because I'm sick.) Uhhmm.... then pretty much ate and went back to sleep... Had an appointment for an eye dilation at Costco at 4. Did that.. they put two drops into your eyes. The first stings a little (but not more that shampoo or something) but then the second is ok. Then they ask you to come back in 15 minutes. So went into Costco with my mom and then went back. So during the checkup the optometrist puts on this really cool-looking headgear hahaha It's so funny looking. But it's cool. I don't know how to describe it.. But it's fun. So after that went back into Costco and got the 4 day pass to Disneyland (for $120, good right? it's like half price), flannel pj pants, Naked pomegranate (sp?) juice, and eggs. Got my glasses fixed so that they aren't so loose from when I sat on them.. a lot haha And didn't order a pair of soft contacts for MMK because you can't order just one pair.. Hmm.. So I'm just going to wear my old contacts to Makin Magik Kamp so that if I lose them it's ok. Ooh, I am activity co-coordinator for the pool HAHA But luckily there will be lifeguards so I'm just in charge of pool activities... I don't know any though. What's fun for 10-14 year olds to do in the pool?
Took my antibiotics (for the wisdom tooth) and some Nyquil. Oh, sleep.

Soo on Saturday those of us who didn't want to get dropped off at 6am slept over at Paul's house! While there I washed and boiled some potatoes.. haha Then on Sunday we left and drove up to Big Sur. I was in Dale's car =) We got there but didn't really know where our campsite was.. so we waited for Abe's car (which had done something where they went up to Fresno...). Then after we all were together again we set up the tents and got to cooking dinner. We had burgers! Then s'more stuff and sleeep.
Monday morning we got up bright and early. We ate scrambled eggs and French toast. We also packed sandwiches for lunch. We went to Pfeiffer Falls for a hike and also up to Valley View (?). It was really nice and nature-y. Then I ate some ice cream.. And then we went back to the campsite for our sandwiches and a "nap" for "10" minutes (it was only 4 because everyone was talking). Then we went to a different trail that led to the beach. Too bad there was horse poop on the trail... Anyway, we made it to the beach. It was covered in rocks and driftwood, but I laid down and fell asleep as the others were smashing rocks haha When I woke up we were going to go tubing down a river! So we went around looking for inner tube rentals, but ended up not getting any (had to buy them). Instead we waded in the river by our campsite and skipped rocks and threw big rocks. Then after that we showered and then ate delicious food! Dale made the best chicken!!! Chicken adobo? And Joanna did the baked potatoes (eaten with butter, cheese, sour cream, and chili). And Paul did the rice... hhaha Then some more s'mores. Then sleep.
Tuesday we had to wake up way early and hurry and pack and eat quesadillas and leave. Then home and sleep for 3 hours. Then Chipotle! And then Starbucks. And I got to be Jen's first passenger! w00t! Then I finally watched the Project Runway from last week! Michael's outfit was so good!
Wednesday I got my wisdom tooth taken out.. meh. Did you know they cut up the tooth with the drill and take it out in bits? Or maybe it's just me.. Anyway it was not fun. At times it hurt a little bit (like a little bit, don't worry) so they gave me more numbing shots. By the end of it I couldn't feel anything.. haha Ew the stitches were like.. a string attached to a hook. Anyway. My face was numb for like.. a really long time. So I just stayed home and then watched So You Think You Can Dance (yay Benji) and America's Next Top Model and Project Runway! OMG. Everytime Vincent is "in" I want to throw up a little. ALISON!!!!!! Awww.. I was sad. But her model did look really fat in that outfit. But Alison.. sigh. To Laura she was like, "Good thing you have that riding outfit, in case there's horses." hahha So I'm sad that Alison is gone. But I hope Vincent is next.. grrr.. And Angela's outfit was pretty gross too. It was like a silver bandeau under an overall dress.. uhhh ok. And I don't know why Jeffrey has to be so mad at Michael for winning. What a sore 2nd-placer. Can't wait until next week =)
So today I went to work, thinking like Ew I feel kind of gross (because I also have a bit of a cold, along with my stiff mouth). But I was getting along ok, until like 1? When I started feeling light-headed and dizzy. So my mom had to come pick me up =\ I don't know if I'll go to work tomorrow. I hate being sick. d;fnaweohrweihrawoeirwoi

Sooo on Wednesday after work, Sam picked me up and we went to the Grove in LA! It is sooo nice there! We saw Anna Nalick perform (she is so cute!) and then we waited at Barnes & Noble for the meet and greet. I got her CD and we took a picture with Anna! Then we went to Victoria's Secret and I got my Angel Card =) And 3 pairs of undies! Then we ate at.. Morel? Something like that. I got the lobster ravioli (SO GOOD) and Sam got the mushroom souffle (SO GOOD) and then for desert, the vanilla custard (looked like flan) which they didn't charge us for- making it taste even better! Then we went home.. got a little lost in between, but we got home hehe
Then yesterday after work went out with Sam again and then we ate at Panera. I got half a turkey sandwhich and a bowl of soup. It was sooo goood! Then we walked around the mall a little. Looked inside the Borders express and Fashion Q, but I didn't get anything. Such nice days with such a nice person =)
Today after work I went and got a haircut. My mom made the appointment for me this morning, for Kelly. So I went in and said I had an appointment with Kelly. She starts cutting my hair and we find out my mom had made an appointment with Katie? But Kelly finished my haircut. It was so embarrassing.. like.. I didn't freak out or anything, but I just felt bad. So I was kind of annoyed with my mom because she just thought it was kind of funny.. blah. Anyway my hair is way short (like waaay short) because I wanted that freaking perm cut out. But anyway, whoever said perms come out in 2 or 3 months was wrong. They don't come out.

Ok, so yesterday after work I had a dentist appointment. I thought it would just be a happy time with teeth-cleaning and nothing wrong, but no! I have tiny cavities because I have deep crevices in my teeth (genetic) that make it hard to clean them. WHY? So I have to go back and get fillings.. grr.. and then on top of cavities (I was like, Why do I get cavities if I brush everyday?) my bottom wisdom teeth are coming in horizontally. So on the 16th I'm getting one out and my cavities filled. Then I have to go back and get the other one out. This sucks.
Anyway, then after the dentist I came back home and showered. Then off to Daphne's where I met Paul and Steven. Ate food yum yum... steak pita and hummus! Then we met Jen at the movies! And Steven got us in to see Scoop! The Mike met us inside. Scoop was so funny!! OMG. Woody Allen is so funny hahahaha.. and Scarlett Johannson, what a cutie! Didn't care for the glasses, but maybe she was too hot without her glasses or with attractive glasses haha Cuz whenever Hugh Jackmen took them off it was like Wow she's beautiful! But she's supposed to be dorky/awkward. Anyway. It was way funny and Paul and Jen made it feel way suspenseful! Then after the movie Abey came by and we loitered/talked in his car. Jay and Joe showed up for a little. Then went homes.. Watch Scoop!
Today after work I squeegeed the windows of my dad's car.. OMG so dirty hahaha Then to Costco for optometrist appointment. I am getting new hard contacts, and then I got a pair of soft contacts to wear for camping (yay, water-free care!). Then next week I'm going back to get my eyes dilated! All this stuff is stressing me out.. because it's so packed together.

Soo.. yesterday after work I went home, ate dinner.. then got dropped off at Robby's to go to Ben's! Turns out Josh passes by my house on the way to Ben's (mental note, for later use). Anyway, so we got to Ben's and sat and talked. Then we went to get food! So Josh and I went to this place called "Opah" (in Oprah Winfrey font!) and asked if they had hummus and the girl was like, "..This isn't a Greek restaurant." So we were like ho hum and got Fatburgers. Took it back to Ben's house and ate. Then after that we went to see if his pool was open (wasn't) so we went to Monarch Beach! OMG. It was the most beautiful beach I've ever been to! It was pretty late.. maybe around midnight? Anyway, the moon was shining down on the ocean, and the light was so big, it lit up all the waves. And then the sand was soooooooooo soft! And the water was really nice temperature (not too cold). Talked to Chris on the phone about how I couldn't get over how nice and pretty it was. It was so romantico, missed him much. Then on the way back went to 7-11 and bought junk food! I got these Overload S'moores and an Oreo donut. Didn't end up eating any s'mores though.. and only ate a couple bites of the donut (which was delicious). Then we.. watched some tv and everyone was feeling tired.. So we went to sleep. We were all in the same room and it was very cute =) Then woke up early because some people had to leave and then ate at Jack in the Box. Then went home and napped for like.. 4 or 5 hours! hahaha Anyway, it was soooo wonderful seeing Ben, Robby, Josh, Joy, Minh, and Rachel! I heart them =)

So yesterday I was super bored... So after dinner (curry, yum!) went to Target with Brian. Oh Target.. only thing open past 9. I didn't get anything though.. he got the movie Just Friends and Bonnebell chapsticks in Skittles flavors. Then we went back to his house and watched Boondock Saints! Good movie. I liked it. The vigilante aspect of it reminded me of V for Vendetta.. and reminded me about how V for Vendetta was done all wrong.. and how Boondock Saints was done quite rightly. Then we watched Maxim's Hot 100 and What Not to Wear and the pop culture tourney on VH1. Then home.. talked to my hubby a little.. then went to sleep.
Today, went to work. Met my manager's son. He is so well-spoken. I wish I could be like that. Anyway later am going to Ben's house to see LA peoples =) So excited! Miss them =(
I am looking forward to this week!
EDIT: Oh ya! So my mom gave me her old phone to use (because my phone doesn't light up.. sigh), and I have like waaay better reception. So all this time that I've been bad-mouthing T-Mobile, really my Amoi just sucked. Grrr! But the Motorola one my mom gave me deleted my text messages, so I lost some cute ones I'd saved =( Sigh. And everything is backwards (like the select and back buttons) so I keep closing everything when I mean to keep going. Grr! Anyway, T-Mobile is cool with me because it has been good to me with this new phone. Anyway, I can't wait for my plan to end because then I can get a new phone! haha So exciting..
Also, JEN IS HOME YAAAYY!!!!!!!!!!

Eeee! So today is Chris and mine's (??? I have no idea how to say this..!) 6 month anniversary! How fun! And exciting! =)
Soooo on Monday night I went to see Clerks 2 with Emma and Leslie. It was so funny! It got kinda mushy and predictable, but the funny outweighed everything else. And Elias! AHAHAHA!
Then.. just working... Wednesday, night of reality tv! Well, instead of Top Model (recap episode) I watched House! House is so funny.. I like him. And it was Michelle Trachtenberg's episode, where she is a 16-year-old with a heart condition and allergies, and they're like omg what's wrong?? Well that's the premise of every episode I guess haha but ya good deal. There are like 50 near-death experiences in every episode haha Anyway then after House I watched.. So You Think You Can Dance.. I didn't pay much attention this time though because I was on the phone with Chris. Then Project Runway!!! Oh gosh. Thank goodness Keith is gone! I thought it was going to be Kayne (because they kept showing him in the commercials). But ohmygosh. Keith! What a freaking cheater! He didn't deserve to stay on the show. I mean ok, the books were one thing, but then sneaking off to use the internet!? Disgraceful. Some people! Gosh. No dignity or integrity. Anyway, I can't believe Angela won! hahaha ok so for her sketch hahaha I totally mis-looked at it. She was like, "I was inspired by a sunset over the Empire State Building." And then they showed her sketch haha and I thought it was pants and like a short, open jacket and I was like OMG! How slutty!! haha But then afterward I was like Oooohh.. there is a shirt under the jacket hahaha Anyway, Laura is so funny. She's so.. stern looking, but she says the most awful things! "Oh no, Angela is making her granny circles again." hahahahaha and "Keith is a jackass." hahahahahaha and she's all classy looking hahahaha Anyway. Bonnie seemed like a nice girl, but I would've been sad if Robert left (even though his outfit was so blah). Kayne is still my favorite though, because he wears really bright colors haha oh and I like his clothes! I'm tired of these team things though. You don't get to see enough individual stuff, so you can't really tell what these people are about. Oooh! I like Alison, too! What a sweetheart. She seems so nice and pleasant. Can't wait until next week!
So today after work, went to Planned Parenthood with Joanna and got a checkup! Everyone should get a checkup! It's like really fast and the nurse is way nice! And I duno it was kind of fun.. not like FUN, but I never go to the doctor haha so it was fun in that sense. haha that's weird huh? Anyway, I think girls are supposed to get checkups beginning at the age of 18.. and then once a year after that.
Yay so Ben Folds is sooooooooo awesome. Listening to him reminds me of the good ol' days, of sophomore year. Driving around in Garrett's car, listening to Ben Folds Live. Good times! Army (live): "Been thinkin' a lot today... I thought about.. your mommy..."

YAY so today at work I got paid. Feels good to get paid.. but I know that in the future I will not be working for minimum wage!!! When I get back to UCLA I want to find another job.. maybe even just a secretary/clerk job that pays $10/hr. Anyway, I really can't imagine the future where I get paid more than 8 dollars an hour.. haha I remember thinking $100 a day is a lot (salary of a substitue teacher). It still seems like a lot to me.. but in reality if you get 100 dollars a day, for 5 days a week, for 52 weeks a year that is only $26,000 dollars. That's more than minimum wage though. But anyway, money is crazy! But it's weird that money isn't real.. like how we give value to little pieces of green paper and coins of metal (not even solid metal either..). Anyway, that's what school is for I guess. You know how they say nobody can take your education away? Ya. Good for schooling. Anyway, here's to getting good jobs!
So I found a new freckle just now. On my lower back/side. How annoying. It's annoying that they just show up. And don't go away. I guess I don't mind so much, but where do they come from? And it's always unsettling to find a new spot on my body haha Like you know it's new.. but when did it get there? And could I have prevented it? hmmm.. haha
Anyway, youtube is so cool. Today I watched GAP commercials from like waaay back with Alex from Phantom Planet in them (I know.. the random things I think to search for). Anyway, I remembered Emma telling me about this video, and it's so cute!

So today woke up and Keban picked me up and we went to Bella Terra to meet and eat! So after some loitering (as usual) we decided on Johnny Rocket's. I got an Oreo shake and a Route 66 burger, which were yummmmm. Then we sat and talked on the couches outside. There were so many cute babies!!!!!!!!!!! haha I like looking at them. Anyway it was mucho fun seeing everybody! Then after that Kevin and I went to Abey's where Joanna left us.
Then the three of us watched Ella Enchanted hahahhahaha It was either that or Princess of Thieves (with Keira Knightley! but I'd never heard of the movie so I was scared and opted for the better known children's movie). Anyway. Ella Enchanted was pretty cute and entertaining.. the prince was not HOT, which dampened Kevin and Abey's experience (they said his looks didn't deserve all the screaming fans he had in the movie). Anne Hathaway is always fun. And the girl from Bend it Like Beckham is in it! And Heidi Klum!
But anyway, after the movie I went home... downloaded some Ben Folds off of singingfish.com and read some Ender's Game. I watched an episode of Grey's Anatomy too. It was the Christmas episode where they were helping Alex study, even though he cheated on Izzy. And then she helps him because "it's what FREAKING JESUS would do!!!!!" And I like Sandra Oh's character. She's so tough and strong, but she's still vulnerable because she's human and she's in love (but only grudgingly shows it). And my favorite two parts of the episode were 1) the kid who got a new heart telling the Father that his mother prays for a kid to die so that he can get a new heart (what a powerful scene, so sad) and 2) the three (Izzy, Meredith, O'Mally???? haha the nice guy) under the Christmas tree, looking at the lights, being a cute family.
